I've just finished putting together my new rig (described below). I'm running win xp pro w/ sp2. Every time I boot up I keep getting that screen that asks if I want to start in safe mode, etc. When I select start in normal mode it soft reboots and goes that to that exact screen. When I select normal mode again, it boots without problems. Anyone know why that might be? Thanks.
