Hi guys
I have a IBM Thinkpad R30. I was having problems with my windows so I decided to reformat my drive and I used Paragon Partition Engine. It asked for a restart to do formating and I did so and ever since then I cant get windows to load.
Now whenever I turn on my laptop I get
"Your disks were modified by Partition Magic Engine!
Insert its boot diskette and press any key..."
I have tried inserting windows 98 and xp cd to reinstall windows but that error still appears every time on the boot.
I even put the HDD in my 2.5 external case to totally format the laptops hard drive on my PC and I was able to do that successfully. I inserted the hard drive back into my laptop and still get the same above mentioned error.
I have gone into bios and reset everything to default and still get the same error.
Can someone please help me diagnose the problem and fix it.
