Windows PCs suck, stupid two button mice.

What a peice of crap, these things should have three buttons like sun workstations. How can you live without a middle button? It's like it's made for 4 year olds or something. I'd never actually buy one of these things... not as lnog as it came with a two-button mouse.

I know you're being sarcastic and trying to make a point (poorly), but just about every PC comes with a mouse with a wheel, which is also a button. 😛

This is like bagging on Macs for only having one mouse button. As long as you're able to use the computer properly with the peripherals attached, who cares how many buttons are on the mouse?

The Scroll on my mouse is consider a button. I can scroll it or click it.

What happened to the OLD days where DOS rule and pple had no use for the Mouse. Now its the opposite, All we do is click here, click there.

That's odd.... The mouse on my "Windows PC" has 5 buttons.

*shrug*

Did it come with your PC or did you *GASP* Buy it?
Well, since I built my PC, I suppose everything came with it.

Or maybe I bought everything?

I have a bunch of 3 button mice laying around the office here. I actually threw most of the out since the middle button was useless once the scroll button came out.

In other words, you people fault Apple for not handing out 5-button mice, but you don't fault PC OEMs for the same?
One respondent to the other thread bitched that he shouldn't HAVE to buy a new mouse, but I assert that most serious computer users end up buying a better mouse ANYWAY.

um I built the computer it came with

however...

My mother's dell came with a mouse with 4 buttons on it.

Well, I bought my own computer so it came with it, I guess.

But as far as I know, many OEM's come with at least 3 button mouses (the scroll wheel can be depressed for a third button).
