Windows open in "Restore Down" size

Used to be that, whenever I opened the Internet Explorer browser from the desktopo, that it would open as a full screen maximixed window. Recently it opens in the small size, that I always have to maximize. I have looked everywhere I could think of, and can't find any place to change this. Does anyone know where this is hidden? Running recent Intel board, Celeron 2.6, 512 RAM, XP Home. Thanks

right click on the ie icon where you click. go to properties and where it says run, used the list box to highlight "maximize"

Thanks neovan. In my searching around everywhere I came across that but I didn't hit the dropdown arrow to see the choices normal, minimized, and maximized. Next time I'll be more thorough and spend two hours before I come to the forums. Thanks.
