Is there a way to save all the data when upgrading a machine that has Windows NT 4 workstation. I used Norton Ghost and cloned me a drive, but when i put it in the new machine, i got all kind of problems. I know the hardware is not the same, and NT 4 doesn't doesn't detect new device and all that goodie like Win98/ME. Is there any way for me to get it work with the new hardware without deleting the WINNT folder and installing a new one (that would mess up all the programs I have installed)?
Please advice if you have knowelege in this area.

thanx in advacne

i would just re-install windows. you will have to re-install all of your software, and that will be a royal pain in the butt, but its worth it, in my experience. and if you've upgraded to fast enough hardware, i think it might be worth your while to consider windows2000.
