Windows NT Error on Logon: Cannot Delete File...

Every single time I start my Windows NT Server machine now, I get an error message informing me ' Cannot Delete File: filename.ext. The file may be in use or... bla bla bla '

It's always a file that was used recently. I'm not TRYING to delete those files, and its a different file that comes up each time. But why does this happen? This has happened to TWO seperate computers now, for I don't know what reason. It happens as soon as I logon. If it helps:

Windows NT Server 4.0 SP 5
Abit BP6 2x Celeron 533
256 Crucial
Matrox G450

Windows NT Server 4.0 SP 5
Intel Pentium Pro 200
96mb
No-name PCI video...

Any ideas?
