Windows NT 4.0 service pack 6a

Explorer.exe crashes all the time with Service Pack 6A but this did not occur in previous Service Pack's.

Any ideas?

it's not the service pack that is doing it. Maybe the service pack you have is corrupted? Cuz I have installed SP6 in about 50+ servers...and I'm not exaggerating. Hasn't failed on me yet.
