First off, let me start by saying that I know this does not go in General Hardware, but I know my problem will be addressed here. When I post things in software, I get no responses.

The problem is simple...I choose where I want to save my movie to (hard drive), but instead of saving to my hard drive it starts saving to recordable CD. "Saving Movie. Your movie is being created and saved to a recordable CD. 32690891 Minutes Remaining"

That's WAY too long. How do I fix this? I tried system restore, but it's not working either :(

So in the movie task on the left, on step 3 Finish, and you click Save Movie to Computer, the program instead saves it to a CD? What about if you remove the CD or make sure all Optical drives are empty? Will that force the program to make you select a file folder in your computer?

No cd or dvd in optical drive at all. I rolled back to WMP 10 this morning, and I am still having the same problem. Well, it's been about 6 months or so since my last clean install, and I have to get rid of this damn Raptor hard drive (too loud), so I'll just wait till I get my new drive and reinstall.
