Windows Millenium always booting in Safe Mode

My brother accidentaly switched off the computer with the power button in windows and now it is always booting in safe mode. Is there a way to bring it back?

Strike F8 as soon as the POST is over and before you see a Windows splash screen. Keep hitting it, and a menu will come up with boot options. Now, if there is a problem with the OS, it wont boot normally.

Yes, but how i fix this problem so it will not everytime in safe mode? Does thsi have to do with system restore?

Well, there could be a million things wrong. Drivers, perhaps? corrupted files? Run a scandisk, defrag, use default drivers for your video card.
What happens when you try to boot normally?

This is like calling a mechanic and saying, "my cars making a noise, what's wrong with it."
