Windows Media Player Volume booster

Ive never heard of program that does that for media player but theres VLC media player that makes the volume go up to 200%
 
Open playback devices , click the sound output you want to use, right click and pick properties. Look under the enhancements tab.

You can raise the setting in the EQ to make it louder or turn on loudness equalization.
 
Your best solution is an external stereo amp. It is difficult to increase sound card loudness without introducing distortion.
