Windows Media Player doesn't have "ALWAYS ON TOP" option?

OK, am i blind or the new WMP v. 9 doesn't have that option? The old 6.4 has it but i couldn't find it in the new version. I can't believe they take this option out. It's so useful!!!

Under Options->Player there is an option for "Display on Top when In Skin Mode". Don't know if there's an option to stay on top in Full Mode.
