Windows Media Player 8 on win2k?

is it possible to get WMP8 for win2k? if not, can I copy it to the win2k box from the XP box?

Nope. If you want WMP8, you must have Windows XP.

I have WMP version 7.01. It is the latest upgrade. No upgrades available. I run W2K,Win 98SE and Linux RH 7.1.

Biggest annoyence now is most all the good free radio presets are going pay for view ( Or Hear )

I have it in XP and it sucks just like WMP 7. So much bloatware...


I use WMP 6.4, it's still the best...
