Strange. I immediately played the same songs with itunes without a problem.

I dont know what the problem could be.... Its a very annoying background noise more noticeable when someone is singing.

I just have one small problem that I hope someone can help me with. When I first opened wmp11, after a few mins it crashed for some reasons (no crashes at all since then) however when it did crash I launched wmp11 again and I got a message telling me that all plugins had been disabled. I have notice that there is no text of the current track and artist in the Now Playing window. How do I get that back?

Thanks.

Personally I'd honestly say that WMP is better because of its great media library, very useful for organizing a huge amount of songs. And it doesn't really use that much resources when minimized.

I can't get it to add anything to my library. My WMP10 library always worked fine, but WMP11 won't add anything automatically, nor will it allow me to do it manually.

does it still do short lock ups?

Yes, it still does, shortly after startup, I presume because it's searching to update the library. The pause seems shorter now, though.

oh, is that what that is? everytime i open a song it plays, but freezes for a few seconds. the animations freeze too, but permanently. WMP10 never did that.

Oh well, i like it.

Well, I never did a thorough search about this...but....I'm not the only one who gets 5 second lockups on WMP10?!?!?! I'm not insane! Yay!

man, this is annoying...every now and then when I start the media player, it makes me add things to the library again. After I meticulously set everything up. ANyone else having this problem.

WMP11 isn't bad...but you still can't pan and scan and zoom to widescreen/ultra-widescreen like Media Player Classic.

Ahhhh, there's nothing like classic.

Oh, and i did have WMP11 crash on me after the first time using it. Re-installed it and it works fine now.
