Windows Media Encoder

Everytime I import a clip or change a setting on even a 100MB HD mpeg clip it freezes up on me for a few minutes and then comes back.

Overall I have only been able to encode a single HD mpeg clip with it over many months:|

I encode with it all the time... not HD but I encode none the less.

yeah...with normal material it has been great, but HD meakes it die on me🙁

I hope this isn't the case with everyone.

I'm building and an HTPC and will probably choose MCE2005 as the OS.
