windows media encoder error

Trying to encode a .vob dvd file in wme, i encounter error 0xC00D1B83
"One or more codecs required to open this content could not be found"

that same vob file plays in wmp, and dvds play fine...so the dvd codec is installed

anyone know whats up?

nope, yeah i saw that in the ms knowledge base....odd cause it says the problem applies to windows media player/encoder 7.1, and i'm using version 9, without ulead, and having the same error....
