Windows Media Center and WMP11 won't play dvds

Tried searching, didn't come up with anything.

Anyway, here is my error:

"Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card."

Specs are in my sig, I downloaded a Vista x64 codec pack that didn't seem to do the trick.

I'm on 100.65 drivers for my video card.

Could it be because I'm using the cdrfreaks bios [firmware] for my NEC3540A drive? I don't see why this would be a problem.

Boo to DRM! I want to watch my legally owned DVDs!

Edit: Reflashed to original firmware... and it works. Looks like I won't have Bitsetting in Vista :(
