Windows ME - Random Errors at Cold Start

Hey folks!

Since upgrading from 98 to ME, I have encountered random errors whenever I perform a cold start. After resetting, the problem goes away. It's completely random in nature, but I can say that I never had this problem with 98.

FYI - I did not perform a clean install. I simply upgraded from 98 to ME. This computer is a server on a 2-system LAN, and the client machine upgraded perfectly without a hitch. Then again, it doesn't use as many drivers as the server. It is a very simple machine in comparison.

Server setup:
AMD Athon T-bird 1.1Ghz
256MB RAM
Gigabyte mobo
Linksys NIC (for LAN)
D-Link 530TX NIC (for cable modem)
Hercules Prophet II Geforce 2-MX
Iomega SCSI w/Jazz Drive
HP 9100-B CDRW drive

Basically, I would like to know if anyone has had any similar experiences with upgrading to ME. At some point, I plan on doing a clean install; however, I would like to learn more about what's going on at present time.

Thanks!

Yes I agree with h0vic. More info specifically related to your problem such as when they occur, and what the said errors are.
