Windows ME FAX Service?

As I recall, WIN95 came with a program for faxing that was reasonably accessible and easy to set up. The function was still available in Win98, albiet harder to track down.

What about WinME? I installed the OS on a system I built for a friend and now his wife want to send/receive faxes. I've got to walk her through the setup over the phone. Anyone know where I can find the function?

I guess Microsoft didn't think it was that important because they left it out entirely.

And apparently the MS Fax for Win98 won't work on WinME either. Info

MS Fax in Win95 was a part of MS Exchange. In Win98 Exchange was removed and replaced with Outlook/Outlook Express.
I think Outlook comes with simple faxing service, somthing like WinFax Lite.

If you need fax program look for WinFax - you can buy cheap previous version, when next one released.
