windows making RAW drive and how to set pc2700 @ 2700 speed

windows xp pro randomly made a RAW file in my system..its a local disk with 0kb capacity...what is it?


i have an iwill xp333 with pc2700 OCZ DDR ram, but when it boots up, it says "memory at 266mhz"

isnt it supposed to be at 333mhz? how do i set it?

It depends on the mobo (which I'm not familiar with)... either just set the FSB to 333 .. if that doesn't do it, look in your BIOS to check for a setting for your RAM... set it to 333 or PC2700 etc.
