Windows Losing Time

Hey, before i start, just letting everyone know I have done a search on this topic. no help found.

My computer is losing time in Windows 98, but in the BIOS it still has the correct time. It is off by several minutes a day.
The M\B is unknown at this time, AMD 350 processor {work computer}.
Thanks for any responce.
 
Odd :| I would try replacing the battery on the board anyway as it may help (and if it is the removable type it wont cost much anyway).
