windows live club hack, legal?

i dont know if you guys are familiar with the windows live club... and the livemacro or nuke macro/hacks... but i was reading some articles on it and they are confusing... violation of this or that, but not illegal?

Using programs to cheat online promotions aren't in themselves illegal, however they violate the terms of service you agree to when playing the game (at least in this case). Hence MS is revoking the 'tickets' of users they suspect to be cheating.

interesting... but if i already got a confirmation of a prize being shipped in ___ amount of time, aka cashed in my tickets... they cant revoke the prize after already sending me a confirmation and etc?

Sure they can if they determine you were cheating.
