Windows License question

Getting a computer with licenses to TWO windows operating systems, but I only need one. I'm not even sure if it will come with the discs, but it does have the COA stickers to both OS's on the case. How can I go about selling the OS I don't need?

I believe you can only sell the License that you do not need, OS included. If it's what you got with the system then it's highly likely that it's an OEM and you will have to sell your System along with the license. I may be wrong. Anybody care to correct me?
