Windows keeps warning me off my slaved hdd

On start-up, keep getting notified by windows that a partition in my backup (slave) drive is low i space, in the lower right tray area.
When i click it, it opens Disk Cleanup.
It's getting pretty annoying
Not sure if it's something to do with the BIOS or maybe the way the drives are physically set internally, but I'm pretty sure, i did that right.
Never had this problem before, and I didn't add anything else to that partition.
Just swapped the drives into my new build today.

just free up more space or disable the function using regedit:

Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Name: NoLowDiskSpaceChecks
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1 disables alerts

hmmm it's not listed there, all i have there is, NoDriveTypeAutoRun
or did you mean for me to create a new DWORD value?
