Ok new computer, didnt reformat, i know i know.
sometimes, especially at start up, some things in windows will respond and others dont, like right now i can click on a read me file, cursor will do the timer thing, and 5 minutes later it will open, yet i can come post this just fine. it also applies to opening the task manager. i have run tons of tools and norton utilities, adware removal, etc, dont think i have any viruses or weird processes running.
being that its an amd 64 processor will some things actually run slower? sounds stupid but things are running meh for a 600$ fresh build,even though benchmarks do ok, format is last resort i guess.
