You all know that Windows installs in three steps, the first being the DOS looking one that copies the files, the second one that installs devices/configures windows, and the third is the one that asks you for the user name, internet connnection etc.
My slipstreamed sp2 install hangs after the second reboot and never gets to the third step. The only way to get to "finish" the install is by going to safe mode and installing the nforce drivers. Then Windows boots up in regular mode and you can log in as Administrator.
There must be something wrong here as Windows is supposed to install normally without the need for nforce drivers. When I installed SP1 I didnt have this problem.
Right know everything except the primary IDE is disabled, and the only card is the Radeon 8500.
What wrong here?
