Windows gaming and graphics memory on Vista!!!

No way for you to change it dude. You need to get a new MB that supports mapping io memory beyond the 32bit barrier. The 915p chipset simply does not suppor this feature.

The graphics card is taking way too much memory....I was wondering all about this forever, and come across this. How do I change this? I looked in the BIOS and can't find anything.

Help please! Intel 915p chipset....Foxconn 915A01P.

Thanks!! (PCI-E CARD BTW)

no biggie ... unless you are running FarCry or one of a handful of 64-bit games - out of thousands 😛

32bit games don't really need more memory ... not yet

Vista32- vs. Vista64-bit OS Showdown *Pt 1 Done!*

of course we have to do some more testing and also have to look at RPGs and RTSes for a final call
