I want to know how important it is for some of these to be in the exceptions list of my firewall. One I am not even sure what it is (C:\Program Files\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe). Here is the list of exceptions I just found in the list.
avginet.exe
bonjour
file and printer sharing- off
internet explorer
itune
microsoft directplay voice test
remote assistance
remote desktop
run a DLL as an App
UPnP framework
Windows Media Player
Yahoo!FT Server
Yahoo!Messenger

Looks very suspicous. Have you run any A/V or spyware apps to see if you're infected?

Yes, I have. Nothing is found. I have looked and found bonjour but not a whole lot has been discussed about it. It is not a virus.

What exact brand and version/year of antivirus software did you scan with?

"avginet.exe is a process associated with the Avg Anti-Virus from Grisoft"
Is it updated?

I believe mDNSresponder is an Itunes thing (though i've never seen it in "Bonjur")

MSDP voice test probably shouldn't need internet access...
I would disable uPnP unless you really know what you're doing with it and why you need it -- it offers too many security holes to be worthwhile IMHO.

the rest looks ok.
