Windows File Sharing behind firewall

I'm running a Freesco firewall with two computers running Windows XP behind it. I have file sharing set up on both computers, but currently I can only access shares on ONE computer when I'm outside my firewall. Is there any way to change the file sharing port in Windows so I can use port forwarding? Or is there another way that may be simpler?
