when you click 'more info' when it comes up, rather than telling you what files were replaced with what, it tells you that the CD in the CDROM is not the windows XP SP2 CD. duh. thanks for giving me some useful information.

You can disable it. I had a situation where it just plain WOULDN'T fix the files, just kept giving the damn message saying it was replaced. Went ahead and disabled it.
