windows errors after a reformat

Does anyone have any suggestions on this problem?? I reformated my hard drive and now when I install windows 98 2ed I get some blue screen errors. I watched the install (very boring) and everything seems to install without a hitch. Any suggestions?

what error messages are you seeing?
if you're overclocking reduce it to stock levels when installing.
have you checked your ram with memtest86?
