A and W suffixes usually denote ANSI and Unicode versions of some function. No idea why those would be processes though.

Well what are they used for? Are they necessary when installing apps on older version of Windows or something? Because when I try installing my software with just the .msi that Visual Studio created it works fine, so I can't figure out when I'd need those two files.
