windows - delayed write failed??

i just did a clean install of xp with sp1. and after installing a few programs, i started receieving this wrror with an excalmation mark on the lower right hand corner... i have done many clean installs but i have never come to this sort of problem. i reinstalled 2 times and still there. this all happen when i had radeon 9800. im not sure if the card is the problem. but this is really odd. it wont let me do anything with this error and everything has slowed down. please help
 
after some researcing on the web.. i found out that there are problems when enabling UMA/66 mode on the motherboard with a via motherboard and an ati card... sounds pretty stupid.

im just curious.. how many ppl out there with an ati card with a via motherboard tweak there computer? not in overclock.. but as in changing the settings of your computer and come accross no problem?
