Windows Commands

I am not sure if this is the right forum for this question but I am going to go ahead and ask anyway.
I was wondering if someone knows of a good site where I can find a list of all windows commands. Now I know this sounds a bit ridculous, but I keep forgetting the name of the common ones (such as IPConfig or ipcfg) because I dont use them all the time. For example, right now I am trying to remember how to access all the startup files on windows and I know there is a simple command to do so, but I have no clue as to what the command is. SO if anyone could suggest a site as well as tell me that command for the time being (one that will enable me to choose selective start up and all that good stuff) it would be greatly appreciated.

the command you're thinking of is 'msconfig'. Here's a list from MS of some command line tools: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/proddocs/ntcmds.asp
