Windows Command to access startup programs?

I used to use this all the time. I haven't used it in quite some time. Now I actually have a need for it, and for the life of me I can't remember it. I know someone on here does. It's a carry over from way back to the days of Windows 95. Someone has to remember it!

Do you mean msconfig? Was in 98 onwards but you could download for 95.

Yes! That's it. It's such a simple thing, but I'm getting older and there's only so much room up in my melon region. Thank you muchly kind sir. That's exactly what I was looking for. I'm a mess on only 2 hours of sleep. Heh
