i've tried looking for wince before.
i was going to install it in a computer that i was building for my car.
but i was unsuccessful at it.

i bet you could rom dump and ipaq handheld somehow but it wouldnt be compiled for intel processor..

hmmm...........i'm not sure. i MAY have seen it at Fry's......but i'm not sure about that one (i konw it dealt with CE, but i'm not sure if it was the OS or not)
