Windows/CDrom shows wrong volume size/MB

I support software... for some reason, a handfull of our customers cdrom drives seem to not be able to read our cd's correctly. They are cd-r media, high quality (dont know the brand) and are burned in one, 380MB session. All of the customers who have problems, their systems show the cd size as being 130MB. I can have them take the cd over to another computer and it reads fine... Anyone ever come across a similar issue? Is this due to the age of their cd-rom drives? If they can read the cd-r, shouldnt it see the whole session? Could this also be lamers using old cpu's where the cdrom is connected to the controller on their sound card? (i.e. old sb16/cd-rom setups).

Thanks;
jon

Not all CD-ROM drives can read CD-R media. You might consider using a professional CD replicator for your software distribution ? this will insure maximum compatibility for *all* your customers... even the lame ones! 😉
