Windows bliss screensaver?

is there a particular way to install it? I cant seem to get it to work, does all microsoft stuff have bugs?

What exactly are you talking about? The Bliss wallpaper from the Royale theme?

Just double click install. I downloaded it and it installed just fine. Probably could just drop Bliss.avi and Bliss.scr into C:\WINDOWS\system32 manually.

Use blank screen and save your resources for something worthwhile, like some kind of distributed computing project or something.
