I think microsoft stopped releasing new updates very recently, but you should be able to download all previous updates using Windows Update.

For 98SE you could try the Unofficial Win98SE Service Pack. It includes MS updates and hotfixes.

well, its going to be for a pc at work thats going to be in the shop area and it won't be used often or connected to the internet at all so i guess it doesn't really matter that much.
