Yeah, it's still sold. Google it and you'll come up with lots of sites. For ex. Win98se for $40.

Out of curiosity, why Win98? IIRC, it's no longer supported by Microsoft...

Not true. MS extended support until June of 2006. A survey was published at CNET showing about 45/55 split in home users for 98/XP (respectively). Furthermore, only about 6% of desktops in the work environment were found to have XP. The rest having mostly win 2000 and 98 IIRC.
