Windows 98 hardware manager missing!!!

Somehow or another i made my hardware manager disappear. Ya know when you right click my puter and you see the three tabs, and one says hardware manager or somthing like that. Well mine is no longer there! I tried reinstaling windows 98 with no success. I want to update a driver but i cant pull up my hardware list. What do i do now? My next step requires a five pound sledge hammer, cuz im just sick of messing with the piece of junk!
 
I tried the pause break and it pulls up the system prop dialog box with only three tabs instead of four. And yes i mean my device manager. I pretty much screwed here huh?
