Windows 8 - "Windows to Go" - installing onto a live USB drive

Just an idea, might save the cost of a HD for a cruncher than runs Windows. The Win8 CP release is supposed to be good until some time in 2013.

Hmmm, in Sweden a 32 GB USD 2.0 is less than 40 USD ...
I'll give it a try ...

Especially when I put BOINC on the same drive ... then I can borgh a cruncher anywhere ...

I grabbed a lot of HDD's larger than 32gb in size for less than $20 out of fs/ft.
