Windows 8 Dev UI for Win 8?

is there a way to make this happen? The Windows 8 Dev UI was the logical evolution of the Windows UI, and instead we got tossed back to Windows 3.1 land. So I ask again; does anyone know of anything apart from using Win8Dev to get the Win8Dev UI into a standard consumer windows 8 edition?
