Windows 8 AMD FX cpu fix?

I got a hold of a AMD FX 8150 cpu really cheap, so now I want to know do I need to apply the Windows 7 fix for these cpu's in Windows 8 or it already patched for the Bulldozer cpu's.
 
Windows 8 already knows how to deal with BD CPUs. No further patches or adjustments are necessary.🙂
