Windows 8.1 keeps asking me to make a system backup

Anyone else getting this?

Just updated to Windows 8.1. Upon starting up, it prompted me to make a backup system image--which I did.

Now, every time I start up, windows backup auto runs and prompts me to make a new system image--even though I just made one less than 6 hours ago. There doesn't seem to be any settings available to change how often I want to make backup copies.

Any ideas on how to disable this stupid thing?

Yeah, I've already tried everything there, but there's nothing to change the schedule. It looks like for windows 8.1, you can only change the schedule for file history, which has no bearing on system image backup.
