Windows 8.1 keeps asking me to make a system backup

Anyone else getting this?

Just updated to Windows 8.1. Upon starting up, it prompted me to make a backup system image--which I did.

Now, every time I start up, windows backup auto runs and prompts me to make a new system image--even though I just made one less than 6 hours ago. There doesn't seem to be any settings available to change how often I want to make backup copies.

Any ideas on how to disable this stupid thing?
