Check the OS/Hard Disk settings in the BIOS. The method they use for Windows 8 does not work with 7.

I have no idea what I did but it "seems" to be working now, that is it moved onto the next step. Lets see if I can get it to finish. God I want to gouge my eyes out. Im so tense

ok that worked.

now How Do i get it to just boot straight into that OS?

It only shows windows 7 as an option now but it still makes me choose

OK I'm back at square one. It will not boot again. It won't load the os. It won't let me install Windows. I've tried secure boot off on plus combination of the settings. It either throws an error or hangs at the flag. I'm so tired of this

Give us an idea of what kind of BIOS options you have, and where it is getting stuck.

Sounds like your goofed up your main partition. If it were me I would take the drive out and put it in another PC as a secondary drive. Then I would use Computer Management to blow away all the partitions except the recovery. Then put it back in the laptop and try windows 7 again. Another option but it may take longer is to restore it back to original, press alt+F10 at boot, then after that make sure secure boot is off and boot to windows 7.
