Windows 7 Upgrade Path

So I just read that I can't upgrade my installation of Vista Business to Windows 7 Home Premium. I've already purchased my Home Premium upgrade unfortunately (took advantage of that offer they had earlier).

If I got a copy of the full version of Windows 7, could I use my upgrade key to do a clean install?

You can use the Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade that you purchased to "upgrade" from Vista Business. You'll need to do a "clean install". There's no need to buy another copy of W7.
 
Right, I'll be downloading the 7 Home Premium upgrade from Microsoft...can I perform a clean install with that file I download?
