Hi,

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate. Yesterday, I tried to delete a standard user account from my computer and now today when I try to boot my PC, the Windows 7 stuck at the welcome screen. I tried to boot into safe mode and create a new user with the same username as the one I deleted. Then, I reboot again. But I still can't get into both accounts. Windows 7 just stuck at welcome screen or with black screen and a mouse on there.

Then, I try with startup repair. Windows 7 detect nothing problem, so the fix don't help at all.

What can I do now to solve the problem? Thanks.

Instead of choosing Safe Mode, choose instead the "Boot Logging" option that allows line by line driver load to find out what item WIndows loading stops or hangs up on. You might be able to disable that driver in safe mode and then be able to boot into normal mode and fix (reload?) whatever is wrong.

Are there any disk activity when windows is stuck?

No. There is no disk activity. But I still can on and off NUM LOCK's LED on keyboard. If it stuck at blank screen with a cursor there, I am still able to move the cursor around.

Maybe download and burn a "Ultimate Boot Disk" and boot from it. UBD has several a bunch of different systems tests you could run to check out your computer...
