The first 3 pages of Google have failed me. Everytime I open up windows 7 speech recognition, I get this
" speech recognition could not start because the language configuration is not supported"
And it shuts down. like I mentioned before, Ive come across all possible solutions using google and still haven't solved it. Ive tried it all. I did a windows update and haven't seen any fixes for this. Posting here is my last resort!

Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
