Windows 7 Random Shutdown?

I just installed Windows 7 today, however it seems that It randomly likes to shut itself off. Almost as if I just unplugged it from the wall. In My event Viewer It reads the below image

I am getting a Kernal-Power error I also have had like 2000 errors. I JUST installed Windows 7, 4 hours ago. This is driving me crazy....

Install Windows 7 drivers. Possibly the ones that came with Win 7 aren't working good (chipset, SATA, audio, etc.). Also try to update the BIOS to your motherboard if possible. Also does this happen when the computer goes into standby or sleep mode? This could be due to the power management options set in the BIOS. I think there might be an update on Windows Update for ACPI power management or something. Check under the recommended updates.

Hmm ill check and update everything. It happened once when I was watching a video, and another time when i was installing a game and using my webcam.

Thats what it seems like, but the case door is off on both sides, and its FREEZING in my room. I dont know. Its really annoying.

Random shutdowns could be a faulty power supply(I had this happen to me),you could try a Linux Live CD ie Ubuntu and run Ubuntu from the CD and see if you get the same problem if so then I would say a faulty PSU maybe.

Remember Live Ubuntu CD won't install any Linux OS on your HD (unless you tell it too)so good way test your system.

How interesting. I have had the same problem, with my computer shutting off randomly, and have the same events in the log-thing. I have installed a Seagate hard drive as well. I would love to know how to solve this problem.
